**The rental fees above are only for indoor seating and with no outside table set-up or use of the concession stand or outdoor kitchen equipment. If you wish to add more amenities, please reach out to us at the office to make those arrangements before making any payment. **
We are excited to offer our guests our brand new concrete patio to host large events, as well as a large concession stand to serve food which includes a large commercial refrigerator and freezer and stainless steel tables. Also, we have updated our function hall with hardwood flooring and commercial appliances in the kitchen.
If you are looking for a place to host your next reception, picnic, or birthday party, our
Function Hall has all the amenities you need. Why pay hundreds, or even thousands of dollars to sit behind some table at some restaurant when you can have all the access and freedom to an entire property.
When hosting your event at our Function Hall, you will be getting:
1) A beautiful and peaceful property nestled in the natural setting of Darlington.
2) Plenty of parking for your guests (Fits approx. sixty-five cars).
3) Spacious indoor kitchen with stainless steel commercial refrigerator, freezer, and equipment.
4) Round table seating that can comfortably accommodate up to 72 people.
5) Dimmable lighting for the perfect ambiance.
6) Full climate-controlled building.
7) Full WiFi coverage with a Smart Television and other media devices.
8) Loudspeaker sound system with Bluetooth capability (Can also be used outdoors).
9) large concrete patio with partial hard cover and tent covering. Patio accommodates up to 300 people.
10) Pavilion has large concession stand for food service. Equipped with commercial freezer, refrigerator, and other stainless-steel equipment.
11) Kitchen equipment available for outdoor cooking. It includes: two large propane grills, one charcoal grill/smoker, two flat grills, double-convection oven, and two deep fryers.
12) Swing set and slide, basketball hoop, and a giant field for sports.
13) Outside string lights for ambiance.
14) Fire pit for cold nights.
Because we know how costly it can be to put a party together, we have made sure to keep the rental fee very reasonable. For stewards of the church the base rental fee is $250, and for non-stewards it is $300. If you wish to use the outside for seating or need to use any of the kitchen equipment there is an additional fee added on. Please contact us at the church office for more information.
